The rooms need to be remodeled but the outside facilities are in good shape, specially the pool. Do not go to the specialty restaurants, stick to the buffet.

Pros (+) One of our favorite people was one of the baristas at the 24 hour cafe in the lobby. She greeted us with a high five and beautiful smile everyday. The food was amazing at every restaurant on the resort. The fire show was absolutely incredibly AWESOME.

Pros (+) I absoultely loved my stay at Dreams! The staff were friendly and accomodating, the spa was amazing and the food was great! I'd love for it to be my choice of hotels every time I go! I'll definitely take my kids too - there was lots for kids to do without being bothersome to the adults there without children. I recommend it highly.
Cons (-) The beach has a lot of seaweed, but nothing the resort can do about that! Well actually, they tried to maintain it by frequently combing the beach.

Pros (+) Went for my friend's wedding and stayed for a week. Food was good at all the reataurants. Staff were so eager to please, always happy. Lovely LONG pool, runs the entire length of the complex. Beautiful beach, lots of chairs and thatched umbrellas to provide shade.
Cons (-) Buildings are aging and there are some updated that could be done, but nothing that I didn't expect. I didn't like the pressure to book more excursions, but I kind of expected it.
