Pros (+) Really enjoyed our 12 day stay! Drinks were strong and excellent. Wait and service staff was excellent. Resort will be undergoing a renovation over the summer. We met several couples that had been there many times before. Beach front was amazing and the sand was very soft. Would definitely go again!

Pros (+) Service was excellent!
Cons (-) Electrics issues with spotty power on last day prompted us to check out early. Food was decent but wish there were more space at the specialty restaurants.

Pros (+) Great service. Beautiful accommodations and grounds. Beach was long, clean and deep, with plenty of chairs. Pool also had many chairs. Food was very good. We've been to other AI in PC and this is still the best.

Pros (+) The place was a higher quality than most of the resorts in Punta Cana but only slightly higher cost. It was clean, food seemed a little better and staff was friendly.
Cons (-) As far as the all inclusive part, they could have more activities. Also I always hate dressing up in long pants and long sleeve shirt when it's 95° out (we were even told for one restaurant we needed a coat so we skipped it). For casual dining food is very limited. My biggest complaint is the beds flat out hurt. They room was beautiful but I couldnt get a good night sleep because the bed left my b...

Pros (+) We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The room was nicely set up with champagne, fruit, etc. Several food options. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the swim-up bar. Very comfortable "bed-style" lounges on the beach.
Cons (-) The pool closes ridiculously early (6pm). Although the ones you were able to find were friendly, there was not a lot of staff around. It seems that unless you're in the Excellence Club (which costs more) you don't have anyone to help you with a beach chair or to take orders while you're on the beach. Pros (+) Beautiful resort and grounds. We had a swim out unit that was wonderful so we were right next to the pool. The staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the beds because they did not have a pillow top. The restaurants were very good and you have lots of choices. We came to relax and that was what we did. Cons (-) The sand on the beach is hard to walk on and your feet sink in. It is very fine sand and not packed down. The entertainment is good but not great but that is not what we came for. You have to reserve your pool chair early in the morning and some people would put towels down and never come the entire day. I think the staff should monitor that.
