Pros (+) We usually like the aloft for its trendy feel. It's very modern and clean.
Cons (-) We had a bad experience. Luckily we got our money back. Staff was rude when we came in. This never happened before. Checking out though the lady was nice. We left this hotel because guest were smoking weed. It made all the floors and elevators and even lobby smell like it. Boyfriend is highly allergic to this. So we had to leave. It would be nice to have some rules about this. This can harm other ...

Pros (+) The bed..happy hour..fireplace in lounge
Cons (-) Water runs out the shower, safety hazard. You have to go to the lobby to get ice. I was only given one room key but made reservation for two adults.. registration desk was not clearly identified, I was not told where the elevators were

Pros (+) Modern look.
Cons (-) They gave me a room for the disabled. The bathroom was a bit weird and I couldn't find the remote, later I found out you need to request for it. It experience would have been perfect if they gave me a regular room.
