Maria, Aug 2026
We arrived and were greeted warmly and immediately directed where we needed to go. The check-in process was smooth, and the person who checked us in was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. There was a small issue with our check-in, but without us having to ask or complain, he immediately took care of it and made things right. We really appreciated his attentiveness and excellent...

Pros (+) Pool service was great
Cons (-) We were checking in very late, so I called early in the day to ensure we would have what we needed once we checked in. When we checked in, I also asked if what we had requested was already in the room. We didn’t get what we had requested until 45 minutes after we checked in, around midnight.

Pros (+) I booked at the Westin because it was on the Coachella shuttle route and not too far from the festival. (I have stayed there before and enjoyed it very much.) Amoma called two days before my arrival and said they could not honor my prepaid reservation. They suggested a hotel in Joshua Tree, which is ridiculous. I told them that would never work and that I needed a four-star hotel on the shuttle li...
Cons (-) Amoma is a bait and switch company based out of the country with terrible customer service.

Pros (+) Facilities are amazing. Very nice environment. Next time I will go to play golf.
Cons (-) I made a reservation for a one bed room, and in front desk gave me two beds because no availability for one bed. How could it be? I do my reserve with more than six months.

Pros (+) Very peaceful with many fountains throughout the property.
Cons (-) They offered a free limited continental breakfast, but if you wanted eggs or pancakes you had to pay $25 for the "open table" option. This felt like a total rip-off.

Pros (+) We liked the entire property, the spacious room and bathroom, and there was always parking in front of our building.
Cons (-) We can't say there was anything we disliked.

Michael, Dec 2016
Pros (+) The grounds and facilities are top notch and the staff is impeccable. We were taken care of and treated well at every venue and by every employee there. The views of the mountains and Pete Dye golf course are breathtaking and about as scenic as it comes. A couple shout outs for Ron and Pedro (Bellmen), Stephanie (restaurant wait staff), Karen (front desk), Crystal (sighting rooms for our wedding),...
