Cons: We were booked into the North Wing which feels separated from the main hotel and there are stairs in the hallway which requires some rooms to drag their suitcases up and down these stairs.
Fortunately we were located on the 3rd floor which is the same level as the skywalk. Those who are not on this floor will need to take the elevator from the lobby to the 3rd floor then take a second elevator to get to their room.

Cons: Late Saturday night our neighbors began to have a very loud party, however I called security and the staff came right up within 5 minutes. Security is great here, but since it is such a nice resort, a lot of young adults come to have a wild time.

We were able to eat at the buffet for brunch ($30 a person I believe) for free just for signing up for the Atlantis casino club!! So amazing and the buffet was the best buffet we have ever been to the food is outstanding!! Also the pillows in this hotel are the softest pillows I have experienced at a hotel and that’s usually the number one thing I feel hotels lack. Never underestimate the power of a soft pillow!! We will be making this hotel our number one place to stay in Reno.

Cons: Cleanliness. Someone else’s underwear left in bathroom, blood stains on the curtains, a jack in the box with leftovers behind the drapes. Who knows what other dirt we couldn’t see. Less than average service from the staff.

Pros: The staff was friendly, they smiled genuinely and were very helpful. "Doc" was a joy he is a real asset as a staff member. He was knowledgable, friendly and kind. He talked to everyone while we were in line to check in to calm our nerves. Keep Doc on staff! The room was comfortable we had a nice view of the mountains. Room service was friendly and helpful since there wasn't a room service menu to be found in our room, they patiently went through the menu to help me decide what to order.

Cons: At the time we arrived it was late (11pm or so). There was a line for check in with only a few receptionists available. Once the line grew longer, there were more receptionists available to help.

Cons: A table with 2 chairs to eat or drink at would have been nice. The bathroom sink had a big crack in it and the toilet seat was broken, it slid around when we used it. The shower wall looked like it may have mold in the grout.

Cons: General condition of the hotel shows age, wear and tear. Could use some upgrades/maintenance on general areas. Not enough low dollar slots. Would have preferred a king size bed rather than two doubles.

Cons: For the age of the casino it was understandable that the carpets are showing dirt, wear and tear. Chairs in the room were stained. It could be remodeled but I know that would take a lot of money to do.
