Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, shops, and restaurants. Many appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the value for money. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues with dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others less impressed. Overall, the hotel is considered a good choice for short stays and those prioritizing location and service over luxury.
