There were a few hairs in the shower so that diminished the otherwise clean room. The staff and hotel pamphlets also failed to communicate the free offerings they had like cookies, coffee and tea and outside dining options. Aside from these things, our experience was fine.
Very close to the Hamptons. The factsheets that were available about restaurants in the area, beaches, etc The hotel was cold - rooms ok but the main area the air con was far too cold. Breakfast staff were not particulary friendly

New, beautiful, obviously well managed hotel on beautiful grounds. Everything was spick & span. Literally nitpicking, but they had no toothpicks at the breakfast room! Trafficwise the hotel is a trifle tricky to access.
The name Hilton goes a long way in the hotel business and truthfully this specific Hilton Garden Inn superseded all my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay here. My fiancé and I live about 25 minutes from the hotel. Once a month we like to book a room at a nearby hotel. We researched and chose this hotel specifically for the amenities. Plus their check out time is at a respectful 12 o'clock Noon. I can dig this myself as I am not a morning person. We actually requested check out time be pushed back to 1pm and without hesitation the young lady on the phone approved. This hotel is amazing. It has a nice fitness area with an indoor pool and hot tub. Their outside patio is perfect with comfy chairs all placed around fire pits. Outside is also equipped with a hot tub and pool open all year. They even have whirlpools right in some of the rooms. Our room was very clean. The decor was modern and warm. Bathroom was clean and bright. Every staff member we encountered was more than friendly and helpful. We actually booked another room tonight because we love it so much. It's our little getaway secret. When I walk the halls or go down to the pool or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit I feel like I'm on vacation at some exclusive luxury destination. Yet, I'm 30 minutes from my ever so busy life and home. So close yet so far! Amen! All experiences were likeable and enjoyable.
Staff was very friendly, rooms are great and we had a private jaccuzzi in our room!! Printers didn't work very well in the hotel business center, but we could fix it on our own!
The temperature in the hallways was e freezer. If you put it 10 degrees up, it would be more pleasent and you save a lot of energy
Stayed over to avoid Hamptons July 4th traffic. Right near the entrance to the LIE and the Tanger Outlet which is great. Grounds and property were immaculate. Pool restaurant bar looked pretty but we didn't partake. The only issue was that the room size was not commensurate with the $200/nt price tag. It was almost comical
My first trip to Long Island ever lol.. I couldn't had made a better decision. Great location near the outlet/hwy, hotel was easy to find, very friendly staff, very cute decor in the room. I was absolutely blown away entering the hotel lobby, it was unique and very cute. yes I have read all the reviews good/bad so I was prepared with all my request for a good napping stay lol I am extremely happy with the front desk woman and overall my stay. Everything was perfect. The toilet lol and the old ac/heating system they need to upgrade that it remind me of a motel heater when on it blows the curtain lol. Overall I love everything else about it.
Needs repair and cleaning, wall paper peeling in the halls, carpet edges exposed. No elevator, microwave, refrigerator. room was not worth the price paid.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean sheets and comfy beds. The bottom strip of lining was peeling off the wall next to my bed. Towels were a little starchy and our room didn't provide soap.

Bed bugs. My daughter had over 40 bites on her arms and legs. We went to front desk, asked to change rooms (did not want to stay but it was 3:00 am and we had no where else to go). They gave us another room - door had to be pushed and slammed to close - was missing the chain lock. Hotel did not compensate us for anything.
it was quiet. dead bugs in the bathroom. the hallways were filthy. it was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. room service was "Too busy" to deliver It appeared to be family run and they were way over their heads. Maybe Clarion should do surprise inspections.
Not much - but I did like the soft bed. For one night it was a nice change. Dirty and creepy - unclean and they left parking lot doors open at night that's scary.
There was mold on the ceiling of the shower which was absolutely unacceptable. Who knows how long the mold was there. The room/bathroom was quite dated and appeared dirty.
The hotel was very easy to find and within 20 minutes of great restaurants. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. There was hair on the toilet and on the floor. It was obvious the floor had not been cleaned in some time. The toiletries and towels had not been replenished since the previous guests. A major issue we had was that our entry door jamb was bowed. The door would only shut if you slammed it closed. The maid never did this, and left our room open all day long.
Staff was very nice. Wake up call did not work, even though I was told it would. Also the alarm clock in my room was broken also!
Just not clean over all. No refrigerator for my 14 days stay. Later when I asked they said some rooms do have but some don't.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a selection of bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, Danish. Much more than what was expected. I booked/paid for a King Suite. I arrived early & was told that the room was being cleaned. Later, told no King Suites were available. Questioned the price differential between a suite and room and was told me that they were the same price. Really???
The breakfast They allow pets and there was a tick in my bed and it bit me. I don't have pets. Lots of noise of dogs barking.
Location was the big thing for us. We did wine tours all over and got to see Montauk Point. That was on a Bucket List. The shower pressure was really weak. That's about the only negative we can think of. That should speak well to our good experience!
The location There were no USB ports in the hotel to use for cell phone recharge.

Rooms were clean and kept well during our stay. The hotel parking lot totally filled late evenings and the entrance could be more neat. There are trash, beer cans etc. visible when entering the hotel lobby.
I liked the location The Ramada was not clean. The rugs were dirty and there was an odor in the room. There was a cesspool odor outside of the building.

They tried to overcharge me 4 times, and I'm still fighting it, even though I showed them the Booking.com receipt, and emailed it to them again yesterday. The maid came at 8:00 Friday morning, and after I asked them to come back later, they didn't. I had to raid the maid carts in the morning for coffee and towels. The bed was more of a lump, not a mattress. The hot tub jets weren't working. The heater was spotty at best...I was cold most of the time. They should return my money, let alone overcharge me.

my stay at the hilton garden inn was wonderful,the room comfortable with excellent facilities,i especialy loved the provision of a fridge,microwave,iron and ironing board and the spaciousness of the room......the breakfast was second to none,the buffet provided great variety and the excellent waiting service by the staff was fantastic and i felt i was treated with fantastic custumer service skills and all round......definetely a must stay and id recommend it 100% ......
The front desk was very welcoming. We were able to get into our room by 2pm which was nice because we were expected to be at a party by 3pm. The queen beds were very comfortable. The pillows were soft. Everything appeared cleaned. Plenty of towels for two people. The bathroom was cleaned . The hotel was quiet, no wild parties while we were there. When we walked out to the main part of the hotel, a wedding was in the process. Very nice ! We would definitely return again ! The price and accommodations fit our needs ! When we first walked into Rm 403, the room smelled musty. I really think it was the carpet. It looked like it needed a cleaning. Otherwise everything else was clean..
Very convenient to the airport and centra to the area we were visiting The water pressure was very poor. The mattress was dipped in one side as if a large person had slept in it for a long time making it very uncomfortable to sleep in.

I booked this hotel to spend the long weekend with my family, I had a very good experience years ago in another Hampton in Staten Island, that's why I decided to book an Hampton hotel again, but this time was a really unfortunate experience. First I choose this hotel because it has a pool, so my kids might have fun when I was working in Long Island. The heated system in the pool was broken so the water was freezing cold. I brought this concern to the manager, he apologized saying that the heat has been broken for a while and he gave me one of the three nights for free, I didn't think this was the right way to fix this, because my kids wanted to have fun, they don't care about having a night for free. Then the housekeeping is not the perfect one in this hotel, they did it around 7 pm, and we had to stay out of the room with the kids waiting for a rude housekeeper to finish the cleaning of the room, and of course the cleaning was in rush and the room was not cleaned to the standards than a hotel like Hampton Inn should be. Another thing was that the odor vent in the bathroom was broken as well. So to end this nightmare, on Monday when we were supposed to check out, I went to work and I called the hotel around 10 am asking if they would be able to let my family check out late, because I was not able to get them on time, the desk agent, her name was Janet was very rude on the phone with me and she said that she couldn't let me do that, because they needed to have the room ready early, I remembered her that the housekeeping was done by 7 pm everyday during my stay and I was asking just to 3 pm, I was begging her on the phone, she started becoming angry and she said to me "so you want me to lose my job just because you want to stay until 3 pm? you got it" and then she hanged up on me. I called right back and nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes. Finally this girl Janet answered the phone, I asked her to transfer me to her manager, she said that it was not manager on duty, I asked for 1-800 number to start a complain and she put me in hold and then she transferred me with another lady who let me did the check out by 3 pm and apologized, but she said to me that she doesn't believe that Janet was rude with me or hanged up the phone on me, this made me more upset because this person was calling me a liar, finally I went and picked up my family by 12:00 pm after all this frustration. This is the worst experience in hotels for me and my family.

Room was really nice, staff very friendly, check in was easy. No hot water in shower , wife said she had warm water. when told front desk at checkout was told that probably too many were trying to take showers at same time, I'm in the heating industry, a place that size does not run out of hot water, front desk did not seem to conserned.since I was checking out.
The stay was overall excellent. The location was perfect right on the expressway and a very short walking distance to the restaurants and multiplex movie theater. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was a good experience.

Conveniently located right off the LI Expressway. Right next to Red Lobster and Smokey Bones restaurants. There is a pool but other than that there is really nothing for kids to do at this hotel.
Rooms could use an updating
i was driving from New York and i drove early to my hotel since iw as excited. i arrived at the hotel a bit early and my check in is not until 2pm. receptionist was a guy and i forgot his name. he worked on June 19, 2015 and he was there around noon. who ever it is, im really glad it was him who was taking care of me. the check in was really smooth and i couldnt be more happier. i had a bit of a problem about the Wi-Fi and i asked, he was very helpful and informative. then i stayed a few minutes in the lobby to use the Wi-Fi. then back to my room again. its just smooth sailing. anyone who is thinking of a hotel near an airport or if you plan on visting the hamptons. this is a great hotel to check in to. 10 out of 10. seriuosly like get your behind and check in on this hotel. thanks Rodeway Inn!

The location - close to the funeral home. The staff was friendly. Even though it was non-smoking there was a cigarette smell.

We had a great stay at the Ocean View Terrace. We were there over the busy 4th of July weekend. Due to mix up with bookings.com, we had a reservation for two people instead of three (which turned into four people). In response, the owners of ocean view terrace went above and beyond to accommodate all of us, giving us a 2nd room at no additional cost. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff awesome. The private beach and pool were fantastic for a small family gathering. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. No complaints
Did not have reliable WiFi for the 3 days, despite moving rooms. Management expected the 1 router in the office to feed WiFi to the entire motel. I could never get the office router to show up as an option in my settings. Office was closed at 10pm and opened at 9am, so when I returned to my motel the first night at 11pm there was no one available for assistance. Management also supplied cable WiFi, but I continued to get a "too many devices message" when trying to connect. This is an old motel, overpriced and over rated. The beds probably cost them $50. The 3 star rating should clearly be 1 star.
