Cons (-) Construction going on and wasnt aware of it ahead of time, pounding on the roof, dirty and filthy hallways, wallpaper coming off, no fitted aheet on the bed, construction workers then hung out in the parking lot right outside the window drinking and being loud, water from faucet wasnt clear, but white...shower was horrible water pressure
