Pros:None
Cons:No mask on anyone in the building. People are rude. My smoke alarm was going of an hour after me telling them and said they would be right up. Couldn't even use the room phone to call the front desk. Never will i stay there again

Cons:The Linens has stains all over them. The room was grungy. The bathroom was tiny. The staff acted like they had better places to be. It was all in all a bad experience.

Pros:Nothing really, location close to hosp to see mom, thats it
Cons:Hotel in dire need of update, cpts stained and rippd everywhere, bedding disgusting, stains and burn holes, no comp shamp/cond. Tried to bill ne at chk in, demand cc. Couldnt chk out ,comp not working, no receipt, said would email, but still havent rec it yet. Bad hotel stay away. Got pics and video.

Pros:The location is close to lots of restaurants and the front desk staff is pretty nice.
Cons:I stayed for a week and I had to basically take out my own trash and go get fresh towels. House keeping never came to do their job. Then on top of that, I thought there was a mosquito in my room because I had saw one previously and I kept waking up to itchy bites on my feet and arms but lo and behold I awoke one night to a bed bug crawling on my sheets! I immediately called the front desk and he switched my room to a room that smelled of stagnant old water and cigarettes. It was my last night so I toughed it out and left early in the morning. The guests the entire week were not made to be respectful. They let them yell all through the hallways at different times of the night. Granted I know you can't control "adults" but they could have at least asked them to be a bit quieter coming through the hallways. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.
