Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, noting their helpfulness and professionalism. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, including dusty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and worn furnishings. Breakfast quality was also a common concern, with several guests finding it below expectations or lacking in variety. While some appreciated the location and value for money, the overall experience was often marred by poor maintenance and cleanliness.
