Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and professionalism, as well as the convenient location near public transport. Cleanliness was generally rated positively, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms and daily housekeeping. However, some guests experienced noise issues, particularly from neighboring rooms or outside, and a few mentioned that breakfast could be improved in terms of variety. There were also occasional complaints about room size, lack of windows, and issues with hot water or air conditioning. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding service and location.AI-generated from customer reviews
