Fabulous hotel
Fabulous staff who couldn't do enough for us. The concierge, Anna, and Chiara, who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The hotel was immaculate and the gardens, beautiful. We felt very much taken care of on a very personal level. Thanks so much much for such wonderful service. We will definitely return.
It's a little away from the city but the hotel shuttle bus runs an excellent service. And besides, if we were in town, the room sizes wouldn't be as decadent.
The staff was amazing and attentive. The food was fantastic.
If the hotel was anywhere but in Rome, it would be
If this hotel was anywhere else but in Rome, you would consider it old and run down. The furniture in the guest rooms is ancient and the decore is very tacky. They are trying to go for some "original decore" look, but unless they want to tell me that Julius Caesar stayed there himself it's not working. The furniture in the guest rooms are not "antiques"; they are just old.... Sadly I'm not sure there's much better in Rome. The city seems to get away with never having to remodel, update, or provide any amenities under the disguise of being "authentic." Their "concierge" is useless. Other than showing you a map of the city and telling you how to get to the Vatican, they cannot/will not do anything to actually help you. They are really just untrained and glorified bellmen. Not what you would expect from a purported "luxury" hotel. Finally, they seem to think that using the pool is an optional amenity. There's a charge if you want to sit anywhere by the pool. Chairs and beds are not free. What mutil-star hotel charge to use their pool??? That's the stupidest thing. The result is that everyone is forced to sit in a circle around the edge of the pool or to lay down on the concrete.
the staff
ilike the SPA and view
the way of dealing with the staff specially concerage and room service they are very bad as 5 star hotels
beautiful big room nice support staff
bad location far from city center hotel charges you for everything
Rooms are perfect, clean and rather large. Service is on very high level.
Situation is not perfect, but if you have money to stay in such kind of Hotel, taxi fees should not bother you.
the staff were very friendly
quite pricy
every thing was great
The dinner at Pergola, the view from the room, the facilities, and service in the imperial lounge.
The bathroom was not entirely in order and did not meet my expectations of high standard. The room was not cleaned at all when we returned 16:30 on the second day of our stay, allthough they cleaned it quickly when we informed them of this.
Words can not say enough, being from Dubai i have been spoilt with staying in some great hotels here in Dubai, how ever, the hotel Rome Cavalieri is at the top of my list for Europe, everything was great, as i say words can not say enought supurb and well done to all the staff at the hotel
This hotel is excellent. It is really beautiful and very refined. The food is top quality and the staff are suburb in everyway.
It is a little removed from the city by being on a far hill but once you see the view from your room of Rome, you get over that.
Everything. Bellissimo! Perfecto!
