Pros (+) Fabulous staff who couldn't do enough for us. The concierge, Anna, and Chiara, who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The hotel was immaculate and the gardens, beautiful. W...
Cons (-) It's a little away from the city but the hotel shuttle bus runs an excellent service. And besides, if we were in town, the room sizes wouldn't be as decadent.
