Summary of reviews

Guests say

Many guests praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, as well as the spacious rooms and good buffet options. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. The breakfast and food variety received mixed reviews, with some guests enjoying the buffet while others found it repetitive or lacking in quality. The pool and facilities were generally liked, though some felt the pool was too crowded or needed maintenance. Overall, the hotel was considered a good value by some, but improvements in cleanliness and food variety are needed.
