Overview

In the centre of Rovigo, the Best Western Hotel Cristallo, Rovigo, Italy, is a comfortable hotel with modern rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a well-regarded restaurant for meals, weddings and events, a couple of hundred metres from the railway station. The A13 motorway and the railway station nearby make it an easy base for touring the Veneto, with the great art cities all within easy reach. Venice is just a short train ride away. Rovigo sits in the Polesine, the flat green country between the Adige and the Po, in the southern Veneto. The wetlands and lagoons of the Po Delta Regional Park, rich with herons, flamingos and wildfowl, spread to the east, the volcanic Euganean Hills and their spa towns rise to the north, and the art cities of Venice, Padua and Ferrara are easily reached by train, while Verona is accessible farther west across the Veneto. Cycle paths follow the rivers across the flat green plain. - CIR: 029041-ALB-00003, CIN: IT029041A13L5MBJJI
