Staff was really very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Accommodations we’re do’s us do very comfortable.
Assistance getting to beach. The walk was a quite a walk for someone with issues. Resort fee was I think steep considering the size of the Hotel. Valet parking was part of “the deal” as with most locations now and no alternative that felt safe.
Enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. Beautifully decorated. Overall service from the staff was good.
Rooms were very nice but could have used some attention to details. Paint needed retouching, toilet ran and used sheets were left outside our room for a day. Booked spa room with beautiful tub. Would have been nice to have small bottle of bubbles in the room.
The service was fabulous, room large, walk across the street to one of the top beaches in the world. Shout out to Kate, Rich, Kim, Derrick.
There was so much to like, the staff, our rooms, the back pool and deck, and all the other detail that made it extremely nice.
If only it was on the beach. But it was not hard to get on the beach from the hotel
Spectacular July 4th
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was amazing. We partied on the new rooftop lounge and were able to see a 360 degree view of fireworks from St. Pete, Clearwater, and even Tampa! Amazing views, great music, engaging staff. We are local, so we stay at the beach often. We will definitely make this one of favorites and recommend to our family and friends. We may come by boat next time, as they have mooring privileges. Looking forward to that amazing food from Castile next time too.
Great location friendly staff
Great general location updated rooms Front desk and staff was EXCELLENT!!!
Location was not easily found-Signage was very lacking. Access to charging outlet for phone and personal communication was like a scavenger hunt. No option for self parking, parking fee was mandatory and only by valet. No directional signage upon arrival to direct to front desk for check-in.
Great rooms - Service level needs work yet....
This hotel just opened, so the facilities are great. Rooms are wonderful and management truly cares about your happiness - and takes steps to correct anything that went wrong. Our room was very large with an additional side room area that could be completely separated so some could work or play in one part of the room without disturbing others wanting to sleep. Showers were awesome - large walk-in double headed shower areas. Everything about the rooms was top notch.
Service was awful on two occasions. Between a waitress just not bringing us water, jelly, and yogurt we had asked for at breakfast, and another incident where breakfast room service took an hour to deliver (and when they did there was no silverware - they came back 25 minutes later with that so we enjoyed cold breakfast) I can say the wait staff has some work to do. That being said the manager did take steps to correct the incidents. Management truly cares - they just have some kinks to work out.
