Guests consistently highlight the exceptional service, with staff frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making stays memorable. The hotel’s atmosphere and decor receive praise for their beauty and tranquility. However, some guests mention that the breakfast is limited or underwhelming, and there are occasional concerns about the location being far from main attractions or requiring taxis.
