Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, many guests were disappointed by the frequent closure of the pool, noise issues both from inside and outside the hotel, and the limited or unsatisfactory breakfast options. Overall, the hotel offers good value and comfort, but improvements could be made in amenities and soundproofing.
