Hilton Honors perks made a good place great - $10 to upgrade to full breakfast and a suite. Good facilities, helpful staff
overnight parking is very expensive
Location and easy access to everything
I LOVE that Parc 55 is pet friendly! We brought along our German Shepherd and they were more than welcoming. The hotel was the PERFECT location for Pride. We were feet away from the parade route and also were able to see the parade from our room. The pool was “amazing” (to quote my 13yo son). Parc 55 made this weekend a perfect weekend getaway for my son, pup, and I.
Typical Conference Hotel
Clean, modern, good location 4-minute walk from Powell BART station, some good restaurants and shopping.
Like many big-city hotels, the air inside is extremely dry, especially in the winter. Can't open windows. Makes sleep especially difficult. Very difficult to control temperature in the room, which gets hot at night, but turning the heat down turns on very noisy, I mean LOUD, air conditioning.
Parc 55 is a great way to explore San Francisco in style. Providing all the familiarities of home with the luxury of California, Parc 55 is a great stay for guests.
Accommodations include guest rooms and suites, both of which provide luxurious bedding and spacious comfort. All rooms come with a 49-inch flat screen LCD television with several entertainment options. Guests can even request a mini fridge for their room, should they need one. Each room is decorated with custom furniture and beautiful bay windows.
The Dining options at Parc 55 provide delicious meals from both here and abroad. The Barbary Coast is a quaint street level deli that offers great coffee and espressos. Cable 55 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and even has a grab and go menu, offering American classics with local flair. Cable 55 Bar draws guests in with sleek, modern décor and a lovely street view. Cable 55 Bar gets guests to stay with its award winning wine list and local micro brews. Kin Khao features delicious Thai food that is seasonal and sustainably sourced.
Park 55 is a part of the Hilton chain of hotels and as such provides space for any meeting, get-together, or wedding. With party planners and caterers on staff every even is sure to go off without a hitch. Parc 55 is also very close to many of the city’s dining, shopping, and entertainment highlights. With other amenities such as a fitness center and concierge services, there will never be a dull moment during the stay.
