Pros (+) Staff were kind, friendly and polite in limited interactions.
Cons (-) Room and hallways were way overdue for refresh - mold, dust, dirt, broken furniture, you name it. Absolutely horrible, I would have left before sleeping or showering there if I could have. Smell was unspeakable and humidity (in a non humid climate!) was not controlled at all leading to the mold, bad smells, etc

Pros (+) David the dining room greeter was so pleasant, friendly and cheerful. Most people don't even notice him, but I think he is doing a great job.

Pros (+) Hotel staff was nice. The food selection was good . Bed was comfy and room was clean.
Cons (-) Asked for our bed to be made while we were out, but all the housekeeper did was put a pile of towels on the couch. We had to call later to ask them to make the bed. It may seem like a small matter, but don't think it's too much to ask. Nice to have a tidy room after a long day.

Cons (-) It's a little run down and the bar closes early. It seems like it should be open later on weekends. Especially when there are no other options near by.
