Beach front facility with a variety of room options. The resort fee actually included resort activities; paddle boards, kayak, bikes, guided paddles, beach chair with umbrellas, towels . Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and friendly.
Not excited about the drop in price after reserving room without any accommodation. The toilet ran continuously on arrival. Fixed very quickly. TV also would not stay on. Almost like someone in a bother room was clicking it off and on. The beach office for towels etc didn't open until 830. Seemed kind of late. Asked for a recommendation for fish tacos. The recommended restaurant had good food but didn't include the taco option. OOPs.
Bed and pillows were not as comfortable. Room was clean and updated. Excellent beach access.
We loved the hotel, but the price was a but high.
Good location but poor condition
Ocean front with good beach access!
The room was in poor condition and dirty! The facilities need a remodel and especially a much needed cleaning!
Perfect beach getaway!
Resort was not a big fancy place, but was smaller and quieter which was perfect for myself and teenage daughter! There was a mix of all types of guests from young couples, to families and retired couples. Everything you needed was right there at the resort or a short bike ride away. We loved the availability to take out a bike any time during the day. The resort staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was clean and full of shells, just beautiful! The pool was also relaxing when the beach got too warm. It was a nice size with plenty of chairs and a pool side bar and small cafe. We loved the trip and resort and can't wait to take the whole family back!
The only negative was that if the wind was above 35 mph we couldn't use umbrellas on the beach and there was limited shade at the pool.
The staff were amazing, they endured we had everything we needed
location and staff
leaky air conditioner....water all over the balcony slow-draining sink in the bathroom sand fleas in the bed maid cleaned the coffee cups with her bare hands...no gloves....no soap...
Beautiful place to relax
Love, love, love Sanibel Island and Sanibel Inn. Everybody was very helpful. Front desk staff especially Eric was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely go back again and stay here.
facilities old, cockroaches in my room!!!!
great location - rooms nice, but a bit barren
It's a nice hotel in a great location - and the front desk staff were fantastic.
Hate to go to a really nice hotel and in the room have only plastic cups wrapped in plastic for water, or to drink my coffee in a flimsy paper cup in my room.
Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. Loved that to use bicycle, umbrella and kayaks did not cost us additional money. Restaurant on premise was very good food and friendly staff. Great value for your money. Easy to get find the hotel.
