Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location near the lake and the quiet surroundings. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or absent staff, language barriers, and lack of management. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with several reports of unclean rooms, lack of housekeeping, and unattended garbage. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it acceptable, but many complained about limited selection, late serving times, or breakfast not being available at all. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
