Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest opinions on this hotel are mixed. Several guests praised the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfort of the accommodations. However, there were also numerous complaints about poor service, maintenance issues, noise disturbances, and inconsistent food quality. Some guests found the breakfast and pool area satisfactory, while others experienced problems with amenities, value for price, and overall hospitality. The hotel appears to have strengths in cleanliness and staff attentiveness but needs improvement in service consistency, noise control, and facility maintenance.
