Parking is an additional charge. It was worth it to get off the somewhat sketchy street. Staff was friendly, accommodating and came to my room to tell me I'd left lights on in the car. Don't think there were any English speakers on staff.

Cons (-) Very noisy hotel .Walls and doors are paper thin. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on the first floor , you will hear the lobby front door slamming all the time , people talking in the front desk ,people chatting in the hallway and the traffic outside .
