Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and well-preserved hacienda-style architecture, clean facilities, and inviting pool. Many found the location charming and ideal for a relaxing getaway. However, service was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unfriendly or poorly trained staff, slow restaurant service, and problems with booking or check-in. Breakfast and food quality received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the buffet and others noting lack of variety or freshness. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities were highlights, but improvements in service and some room maintenance are needed.
