Cons:
We were very disappointed that some crucial information is not shared with the customers. We were not informed that every kilometre has an additional fee. We were renting a car just for one day and the overall price ended up being twice as much from what was promised on the day we picked up the car.6.8 Okay

The staff seemed annoyed when asked to assist on driving the car from its parked location in the garage which seems obstructed by another rental vehicle. Car was an automatic, but it was not explained that the car can also be placed in a manual mode. In the USA a car is either one or the other. Ok4.0 Mediocre

They upgraded my car for free.Cons:
It felt a bit like a scam charging me €100 for a small scratch on the hub cap which was probably not my doing. The guy was a bit too quick to catch it. Also have not received necessary documents for my insurance claim yet.4.8 Mediocre

Bad and very slow service to receive the car perhaps pushing customer to accept a more expensive option to accelerate the delivery process... mostly when you arrive to the Europcar office with the family and kids waiting more than one hour with an anticipated reservation/schedule already confirmed6.4 Okay
