The main house, dating from 1920, was restored in 1999 and is classified as part of the region's heritage. The faade, with decorative elements from the Art Nouveaux period, the frieze of floral tiles, windows with white wooden slats, and its fish-scale roof are unique features. In the PortoBay Serra Golf garden there are over 90 species, subspecies and a variety of flowers and plants to be found, some of them found only on the island, and all duly identified.
