Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, which was frequently highlighted as a positive aspect. However, there were numerous complaints about poor service, including issues with reservations, lack of assistance, and slow response to requests. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty or poorly maintained rooms and facilities. Some guests found the room sizes uncomfortable, especially when accommodations were changed unexpectedly. Value for price was questioned by a few guests who felt the condition of the apartments did not match the cost. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and value.
