Location is excellent, centrally located to most everything in Sapporo. Staff provided good service. There is luggage storage if you arrive before 15:00 (note that early check-in is not possible).
Mattress was too firm for me. Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was in a non-smoking floor.
Good location with underground connection to JR Sapporo and subways.
Good location. Rooms were ok but felt like it could do with an upgrade.
Great location, lovely classic luxury hotel
Great Location, Great Food but a bit pricey
It's located in the heart of Sapporo, it's easy to get around from the location. The room came included with nice robes and slippers. If you can book with the meals I would highly recommend it. There's three excellent brunch spots to choose from with 2 being buffets.
It was probably because I was staying during the Sapporo Snow Festival that it costs more than $300 a night but it was still too rich for my blood.
Large, clean hotel in center of Sapporo
Good location that was walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, and transportation. It had several comprehensive breakfast buffets. Lots of bathroom samples and extras.
The room itself was clean but felt a bit outdated and worn, especially the bathroom, as did the hallway. Room seemed larger in photo.
Bad hotel. Aging infrastructure. Didn't let us check in till 3 in the afternoon. Had to roam around in bitter cold for the room to get ready.
