Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city landmarks, restaurants, and attractions on foot. However, many reviews mention that the rooms are quite small and the breakfast does not meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Service and cleanliness receive mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating friendly staff and clean rooms, while others report issues with housekeeping and staff professionalism. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset.
