Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as enjoyable and varied. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, and a few were disturbed by noise from nearby nightlife or the street.
