Cons (-) One room lacked enough toilet paper, kleenex and the bed had some weird crumbs on it. We loved the location!

Pros (+) The bed was amazingly comfortable! Slept like a rock
Cons (-) Because it is dog friendly you need to know there will be dogs everywhere and some dog owners are not as responsible as others. Not all dogs get along and the owners should be aware of that and take their dog back to their room.

Pros (+) This hotel is the perfect location! you can walk to fantastic restaurants. The staff is awesome, and the free happy hour from 5pm-6pm is great when you've just had a long trip. highly recommend!

Pros (+) Excellent location. Staff is friendly/helpful. Have a complementary wine time from 5:00-6:00. Pet friendly if that is important to you.
Cons (-) Rooms are sparsely furnished. Not much drawer space...had to essentially live out of our suitcases. Lavatory in the entrance to the room.

Cons (-) The room location was by the elevator and adjacent to the balcony of the lobby. Dogs barking at each other. It sounded amplified.

Pros (+) - rooms, wine hour, allowing pets, cleanliness, drinks from bar.
Cons (-) service and the 'no' or i'm being put out -type mentality for standard requests. I had very high expectations and am a die-hard Kimpton fan, unfortunately, with the exception of the San Francisco hotel this was the only other Kimpton disappointment in the range. I 've tried about 12+ different properties so far.
