They gave us 2 tiny pillows, I’m used to having at least 4 when I go to a hotel. I chose “hotel can choose” the bed type, it was a very big room but for some reason there was only a Full sized bed in there which is very tight for 2 people to sleep in. Considering I put “2” as the number of guests you’d think they would give us a Queen or king. The blanket we had was very thin and we had to ask for...

Pros (+) We didnt stay this trip but they are by far the most reliable and friendly compared to the others we have tried they will pick up and deliver any time day or night and we have never waited more than 20 minutes at the airport
Cons (-) Their rooms are very dated but what can you expect for the price and they make up for that and more with their promptness with their shuttle service

Cons (-) This hotel was so disgusting we left immediately. The toilet in the room had been used and not flushed, and the walls were filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pros (+) The only redeeming quality of this place was the man at the front desk he was very nice and up beat!
Cons (-) My husband and I were recently stuck for a night in Seattle and needed to find a cheap hotel quickly. This was the closest to the airport (a plus). However the room was disgusting. The furniture and sheets all had stains as well as holes in the blankets. The heater was smashed in and the dead bolt was broken. It honestly felt like a motel room that is rented by the hour. Cons (-) We feel cheated. Were sold a deluxe room with coffee facilities and breakfast. We got a room with torn armchair and dirty floors. No coffee and no breakfast and in a depressing location.

Pros (+) I like that is was close to the airport.
Cons (-) Wow, this place is really scummy. If I would have known ahead of time I would not have stayed here. But the staff was nice and even though it didn't seem safe at first it proved to be ok by morning.

We waited over an hour at the airport repeatedly dialing the number for their shuttle but getting no answer, and eventually we had to get a shuttle to another hotel and walk ten minutes up the highway to get there.
