They could not find my reservation I made through kayak so they made me rebook and then refused to cancel the first one when they ultimately found it - and told me it was my fault There was no manager on site so I dealt with a child younger than my own children who was clearly incompetent and indignant- AND I have to now fight for my refund - let’s just say NEVER again
Some great oints, some need to improve.
Loved the 2 room Queen wet bar suite which allowed our kids their own space when in room. Provided breakfast each day was good and helpful. Front desk staff was attentive, helpful and polite. Lobby was spacious and kids loved pool area. Hotel was close to highway access. Hotel room was very quiet in evenings.
Housekeeping staff was not as helpful as could have been, asking us to take requested items up to room. Facilities seemed a bit dinghy. Neighborhood was not super close to downtown attractions or lots of dining options. Offered shuttle service was highly limited to 4 runs a day with only 11 seats and only a short range of destinations.
Small parking spaces.
Comfy and cute
Very friendly and helpful staff and trendy facility.
Didn’t think the price was worth the stay.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Nexus. The Japanese Hydrotherapy Spa was perfect! Our room was very clean and the bed was all around amazing. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!
liked the giant tube in the room breakfast sausages were good
I liked where the hotel was located.
I did not like the surrounding neighborhood so much and it wasn't very clean and it just want very standout. I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I probably won't stay there again.
Service was excellent - good Restaurant next to hotel.
Rooms are noisy and dated - renovation needed badly - too expensive for location and the standard
Great place if you are at medical clinics
Front desk taff were great! Friendly and helpful! The best part of my stay.
Housekeeping came by twice before check out time.
Rooms are small
The rooms are small. Housekeeping missed a day when we were not up at 830.
Looks great. Feels great too.
The theme and "look" of the hotel was fun, the staff was helpful, the room was comfortable.
The shower curtain rod was a little loose and the shower kept sliding to the center of the shower. Pretty minor complai t overall.
