Pros (+) I advised it was my boyfriends birthday so when we arrive in the room there was champagne and snacks. I was able to check in and check out through the Hyatt app, so cool.
Cons (-) A little more variety on the breakfast menu, there was no pancakes or French toast. I called to see if they could make an exception and they advised their kitchen could t do French toast. What kind of kitchen can’t dip bread in eggs?

Pros (+) Good location near Pikes place and close to light rail. Tried for young hip vibe with annoying music in lobby. No coffee machine in room disappointing. Room very quite.

Pros (+) new. Clean. Good location.
Cons (-) Bellman didn't offer help with my bag. Front desk and entry are more "nightclub" than hotel. Late night menu very limited. Shampoo and conditioner smell very masculine. Seems like a bar and restaurant with a few rooms rather than hotel. The W twenty years later.

Pros (+) Thompson's Hotel had incredibly OnPoint and helpful friendly staff. Walking in, you get a very welcoming and swanky feel. The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. Upscale shower facility and rooftop bar were amazing.
