Cons (-) I waited for 8 customers and a total of 25 minutes to ch cknin. Was not offered an apology or even a bottle of water. The when I checked in I did not receive the room I requested.

Pros (+) The staff were great! Very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a room with a view! The place was nice and clean and just outside of Sedona so it wasn't right in all the craziness and business of Sedona.

Pros (+) Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options for all in our party.
Cons (-) Entrance is a little hard to get to if you come from the south. Have to go around the roundabout and come back. Not a big deal.

Cons (-) Made reservations during kids spring break. (Also The week of Easter.) drove 6 hours and arrived to an absolute disaster. No lobby, just a room in back, air filled with dust. I have asthma, so I knew I shouldn't even be in there. Tile on floor didn't even have grout. Tiny bathroom was dirty, and disgusting. Pool empty.
