Staff friendly and helpful. Abundance of good food. A large comfortable room. Relaxing evening entertainment. Good gym and swimming pools.Close to station and shops. The evening meal comprised of many courses but not one of them was coffee !!. A pot of the excellent coffee served at breakfast would have gone down a treat. The room heating was too high for us and we needed to keep the windows open at night.

We stayed at the Hotel Stefanie, which is now a "Hotel Garni", so dinner was taken in the Schönruh (as well as afternoon cake, salad and soup if wanted). The room was large with plenty of space to hang & store clothes. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts had good choices. Dinners were excellent and both hotels offer many facilities and activities for the residents. It was a perfect place to spend our holiday and we couldn't have been happier with our choice Nothing whatsoever

The reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. The spa area was blissful. The location was beautiful, the meals were lovely but on occasion they took their time arriving. We got and upgrade on arrival from the annex to the main hotel - it was lovely and at no extra cost very welcome. No I think it was an al round fabulous stay (though the entertainment on one night was a little ropey!!)

We stayed in the haus stephaine belonging to the hotel. Natasha, the receptionist and Manfred, the manager were lovely to us and were very imformative about Seefeld. The swimming pool, sauna and the wellness centre were magnificent at the main hotel.

The food was 5*, excellent! The cross-country ski run 50 meters from the door. We could use the facilities of all hotels of the chain, including kids club and family spa in Alpenpark (which is twice as expensive as what we paid). The ambiance in Haus Stefanie was really very nice (but less so the rooms) The beds and mattresses were awful when we moved in and the cot was broken. Mattresses were changed next day after we complained, but even then they were not really comfortable. The cot was "repaired" with the help of blankets and similar, it was also suboptimal.

excellent hotel , we were upgraded to a wonderfull suite ,every detail was perfect , room facilities , public areas , food at breakfast and dinner ,welcoming and helpfull staff , very convenient private parking , excellent value for money !

The dinner menue was first class with different options every day. The location of the hotel was a bonus being only a five minute walkl to the town centre and railway station. Free mountain bike hire was a thoughtful touch too. I would have liked tea making facilities in the room
