Very good
Anonymous, Sept 2017
Pros (+) Leafy setting, close to university halls of residence, so ideally located for parents like us delivering 1st year student for fresher week. Mostly young staff, all friendly, obliging and polite. Coffee machine and giant cookie jar (sometimes empty!) on each floor. No bath in our room, but very good shower, which has almost converted my bath-loving, shower-hating spouse. Breakfast and attentive ser...
Cons (-) Shower plughole blocked, so had to keep turning shower off to allow water to drain away - very slowly. Much to my wife's annoyance, bathroom extractor fan refused to switch off, keeping her awake. No view from our particular room, unless you consider a flat roof populated with air-conditioning units a view. No clean cups left at coffee-making station even at 7:30 am.
