You get a drink and snack; and at no annoying sales announcements. Miles club membership is free, even if you don't fly regularly well worth it as it halves the cost of cost of checked baggage. Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

Turns out you DO have to have your camera and ANY electronics (European converter, batteries, charging stations) placed outside your carry on. Only place that did it. And then they kept me in security for over an hour to have 3 different levels of security ask me the same questions over and over again. Don't know why they flagged me...maybe a false positive...as usual they won't tell you a damn thing. But the security guys weren't bad people..just been given their orders."

Then, furthermore, one of the flight attendants rushed us in bad manners. 40 more minutes sitting in the plane, just waiting to take off, again, ridiculous. To top it all off, we waited almost 2 hours in Dublin airport for the luggage since supposedly There was a mal function from the cargo door of the plane, where we only received little Bits of information when we all complained"

Cons: "Both flights, outgoing and returning, had the same problem. My family was spread all over the plane. My wife was in the back, I was in the front, and my two kids (ages 2 and 4) were split apart in the middle! Aer Lingus won't allow kids to be checked in online or over the phone so we couldn't address this until we arrived at the airport. At the check in desk, Aer Lingus personnel who are usually very accommodating told us "I'm sorry. It's a full flight. You'll have to talk to the flight crew." As if boarding a an international flight with two toddlers isn't difficult enough, now we had to do it without knowing where are seats were. All I can say is thank God for the accommodating passengers on our flight. The flight attendant was not helpful so I had to ask people myself."

Wished they had wider tea selection."

Cons: "If you wanted a drink you had to pay for it, the seats on Aer Lingus are so crammed together if you sit in coach prepare to have your knees in the seat in front of you. Also our flight took off late waiting for the pilots so we had to rush to get through US pre-customs in order to catch our next flight."

Cons: "WE were delayed by a computer breakdown at Check in followed by the Captain informing us that some passengers had not turned up but their luggage was on board. We waited for a physical check on boar and then left the stand to taxi away only to be informed by the Captain that the luggage was still on board! We thentytaxied back to the stand for a fw more minutes to be told everything was correct.The passengers and luggage were matched."

Cons: "From my initial booking, it was impossible to get an assigned seat, even if I was willing to pay for it. Nobody at BA seemed capable of fixing the issue with customer service sending me to the ticket counter at my home airport who then sent me to customer service at Heathrow who said don't worry, they'll fix it at my next check-in. Needless to say, they didn't and getting two seats together for a 10 hour trip was only possible due to a visiting gate agent who held us back until there were no-shows and available adjacent seats. Handled very poorly from start to finish, it left me with a bad impression of BA and I'll have to be desperate to use them again if there are other alternatives."

Cons: "Staff always seems curt, bitter, hassled on BA flights LHR to SEA. This is the 2nd x I've experienced this on an LHR to SEA flight. We were herded on like cattle, except for 1st & business class, it was a free for all, not by rows. Crew didn't seem to want to help anyone. I don't know if they're overworked by the time they head to SEA, but they need to get their attitudes in check. I'm tired too when returning home, I expect the staff to be as pleasant on my inbound as my outbound."

On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

How does this make sense?"

We were told to go to baggage as it would be there. We waited for over an hour for it to come through and it never did. Again no ground staff available to assist. Airport security advised to go BA office. They located the car seat in London. It never made the flight?! We arrived Wed and the car seat wasn't delivered until Friday. Again, no contact from anyone. I received a call from the courier when I was out. Overall, atrocious customer service from BA"

Boarding seemed awkward at the last since families and rest of seats load at one time at the last but still doable. I enjoyed my flight. Thank you."

Cons: "Flight was late and announcements were not understandable over the PA. While I understand that seats are made for the "average passenger" and at 5'2" I am on the very low end of that, seat was very uncomfortable with a metal bar higher than the seat cushion poking forward where the cushion met the seatback. The temperature was extremely variable and when my seat mates who did not speak English very well tried to flag a flight attendant down to get an extra blanket, the flight attendants actively ignored them, so I hit my assistance button and my light went on, then after some time it went off again without our being helped so I hit it again about 10 minutes later and my light went on again but was again ignored. Then the attendants started selling things from the flight magazine and looked the other way as they went by my hopeful beacon. When they finally did get to me, I got a curt "I'll see if there is anything I can do" and she went off, returning 5 minutes later with one blanket when there were two people. Later on I saw her give blankets to others, and I found that strange."

The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!"

I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

I had a heavy backpack and did not know how much time I would be in that situation crowded by people. A plane arrived, disembarked, there was more time, and people were then let on from the front and back of the plane, with no direction which created chaos in the boarding process. The lack of communication and "herding" will significantly reduce the chance of me flying EasyJet in the future."

Because of the risk of not having access to print out my boarding pass when in Hungary while checking in there for the return part and that the app may not have worked on my phone it resulted in me paying additional fees or pay a larger sum to check in at Hungary airport. .Online check in should not be locked behind a paywell.This is dishonest business. The flight on the way delayed with no explanation and the company didnt bother to notify the airport of this and update the times on the boards or atleast a delayed notification at the airport. They tried to rush the boarding because of the fact they were delayed and boarded all passengers at same time in both priority and non priority queues which kind of defeats part of the purpose of those people paying the extra for priority boarding. Also this return journey of the flight was delayed too with no communication of a delayed take off. Despite the fact that Ryan Air claim to have the highest percentage of flights arrive on time i have yet to witness a single flight of theirs arrive on time which has me to believe the company is falsifying information on this record."

Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."

Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."

That's when I showed her the photo of the screen shot, she called someone on the phone telling him or her of the situation and that I have proof of screenshots. They finally allowed me to check-in with no fee. Second, When I dropped my 3 luggages, they wanted to charge me for my 2 check luggage allowances. I told the lady that I bought online for 3 luggages allowances,but their system only showed that I only bought one. It took several minutes for them to realized that I was right. Third, maybe because of my lack of sleep and tired of travelling for over a month, i left my shoulder bag under the seat of the plane. My fiancee's and my passports as welk.as £500, smart tablet,camera,credit cards,jewelries and other personal belongings were inside my bag. That day was the last day of our 40days vacation. When I got outside of the terminal, that's when I realized that I left my bag on the plane. I went quickly to Ryan air desk but the lady told me that we have to go to the lost item counter and wait for my bag to show up. I waited the whole afternoon at the lost item counter and the lady there told me to just call them and ask if my bag has showed up. When I got to the hotel, I called the airline for rebooking on my flight back to my country. I went back the next day to the airport,but my bag has not showed up at the lost item counter. I was able to get the contact numbers of Ryan air in-charge of this matter. I requested someone to call the person in cbarge,telling him that my bag couldnt be lost because of strict security inside the airport, after a long wait,they finally said they found my bag. I waited 1 hour for Ryan air staff to turn over my bag to the lost item coiunter. When I finally got my bag, there were only £40 left in my bag and a piece of jewelly was missing. I will fly back to my country today and I will file a formal complain with Ryan air as well as write the CEO or President of Ryan air of the way he runs the business. I'm glad I got back our passports but the whole world should know about how Ryan air run their business. PLEASE,.STAY AWAY FROM RYAN AIR."

Cons: "Check-in was a nightmare. I was on international travel with no PC, only phone and Ipad. I downloaded their ap on the phone, as they do not have an Ipad version. After tedious set up of account, I went through and completed the check-in procedure the day before the flight. However, when I attempted to download my boarding pass, the ap failed. I went to the airport 3 hours early. No attendant to be found so that problem could be resolved. less than 1.5 hours before the flight time, and after standing in line for 1 agent, I was told I could not be checked in, because I did not have a boarding pass, and I would have to purchase one from a service desk (different airline was providing service). The service agent said the Ryanair ap should have worked, and called them to request a waiver on the charge. They refused. I had to go back to the gate desk in order to check in, and very nearly missed my flight. Never again!"

Cons: "The staff had no idea what was going on half the time. I had to wait in 3 different lines and were told 3 different things because I didn't check in before arriving at the airport. Unfortunately, I did not have internet access nor a phone to check-in ahead of schedule. Since the airlines assumed that everyone has this luxury, it wouldn't be a problem."

Pros: "The agents act like police men and women. Too corrective."
Cons: "Attitude, correctiveness"

Pros: "The two seats next to me on the plane were vacant, so I was able to spread out and pretend I was in first class."
Cons: "They have you stand in line 30 mins before the flight. By the time you board the plane, you're stiff and unhappy."

Pros: "After booking my flight, I heard horror stories about Ryanair, especially about restrictions, checkin, and boarding. None of it was true for my flight--all went very smoothly."
