Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and attentive staff, beautiful ocean views, and convenient location near Shirarahama beach. Many enjoyed the private and public onsen baths, spacious rooms, and relaxing amenities like balconies and open-air baths. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as mold, insects, and dirty areas, and a few found the hotel overpriced during peak times. Overall, the positive experiences with service, amenities, and location outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
