Overview

Set beside the green Sub Arini Park in Sibiu, the Best Western Silva Hotel, Sibiu, Romania, is a comfortable hotel in a calm, green and leafy setting, offering restful rooms, free Wi-Fi, restaurant serving local and international dishes, and direct access to parkland walks. The hotel is a peaceful retreat just a 10-minute walk from Sibiu’s historic centre, making it ideal for guests who enjoy morning walks or jogging among the trees with fresh mountain air. The city’s historic squares and cultural landmarks are within easy reach. Sibiu is one of Transylvania's loveliest old cities, founded by German Saxon settlers in the Middle Ages. Pastel-painted merchant houses with eye-like roof windows ring the cobbled squares, an old council tower and the storied Bridge of Lies span the upper and lower towns, and the snow-capped Fagaraș and Cindrel Carpathians rise grandly to the south. Forest trails and mountain ski resorts lie a short drive from the city.
