Pros (+) Was initially hesitant about booking this hotel as the description said external hallways and thought this meant budget motel type seen in the US. Cons (-) Staff sometimes had difficulty communication in English which caused some miscommunications. Manager spoke fluent English and rectified everything when necessary. Everyone is friendly and tries hard nonetheless. Manager said they took over only a couple of months ago so staff still learning.
