Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality, with several guests highlighting specific employees who went above and beyond. The rooftop pool was appreciated, especially after hot days, though some guests noted it could be better maintained and that the pool bar was often closed. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as spotless while others were found to be dirty or poorly maintained. Breakfast was available and considered good value by those who tried it. Overall, the positive atmosphere and excellent service stood out, though some facilities and maintenance aspects could be improved.
