Pros: Staff and service - warm, friendly, and consistent, guests were treated as royalty. Facilities - elegant, beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Value - more expensive than out on the street, but worth every penny extra because of the atmosphere in the hotel Atmosphere - beyond words. Felt like a luxury hotel everywhere we went.
Cons: There is really nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Only thing that could be improved is the cooling in the gym, it did get very hot when exercising with intensity.

Pros: The best part of my stay at Grand Elysee La Residence was the staff. They were very friendly, warm & efficient, always with a big smile!
Cons: The only thing I would recommend is better lighting and hooks to hang bathrobes in the bathroom. We stayed in one of the cabana rooms and wish there was a vanity since there is definitely enough room outside of the bathroom.

Pros: From the moment John greeted me at reception, I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. They brought a drink and a delicacy right away as I waited in the lobby for my check in procedure. They arranged a driver for the day, they arranged a massage, they suggested dinner spots. Breakfast buffet included. They spoke perfect English. The copious lush wood in the lobby together with tasteful decoration was on par with any western 5 star hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money is unparalleled. Great spot for couples or family. Just go.

Pros: Went there with my friend for a pure photography trip to the Angkor, The hotel is clean, environmentally conscious, Good Breakfast. though could turn monotonous if you stay there longer. Free wifi is good.

Pros: The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
Cons: My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window. These trees are a stopping point for birds at 6am and again at night - hundreds land on the branches of the group of trees and mske quite the racket. I needed to be up early for tours, but if I had wanted to sleep in, it would have been jmpossible. They leave after 10 minutes or so - so not prolonged.

Pros: best hotel i have ever stayed at for the money. the rooms are extremely comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning is great it has a lot of western foods. The pool is awesome.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, good breakfast selection. You cannot beat the price for the location, a short walk to Pub Street were all the action happens. Great pool to hang at, room was comfortable, even had a balcony

Pros: The perfect place to come back to after a busy day at the temples, to enjoy the pool. Loved that the pool was big enough to do proper lengths in, as long as it wasn't too busy. Got an amazing nights sleep here and always looked forward to coming back to the hotel and its friendly staff

Pros: The staff is outstanding--one of the best I've ever encountered. All of them couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is delightful. Overall, a very good stay and an excellent value.
Cons: Wifi is way, way too slow. I'm talking sometimes 607 kb/sec. It was frustrating to wait and to sit close to the door to get a better signal. The lobby was only marginally better.

Pros: The staff were great. We had a stellar tuku-tuku driver, Mr. Poly. He was outstanding. He gave us recommendations on where to go when because of heat/sun/#of tourists.
