Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers mentioning exceptional service from specific employees. The hotel's location is considered convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. Many guests find the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple reports of cockroaches, musty smells, and general lack of cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Room size is also frequently mentioned as being small and cramped. Overall, while the service and location are strong positives, improvements in cleanliness and room size would enhance the guest experience.
