Pros: The service we received from Sixt was great - very friendly and efficient. Better yet the automobile they assigned us was excellent - a Skoda. And it had the best GPS system that I have ever seen and used. All in all, the car and service from Sixt really helped make our time in Slovenia to be a great experience.

Poor customer service of "Thomas" fr this office
Cons: Hidden fees and terrible customer communication skills. Misleading price . Didn't answer any questions on the phone , Gets you to come in the office and present rediculous fees. Persons ahead of line were clueless because their English was not good. I also overheard Thomas saying negative comments in Slovene language about the customers . He hates his job.

Wish we'd been quoted the insurance rates in advance
Pros: The employees were very helpful; one took us right to our car in the parking lot. The car was in good condition.
Cons: We thought we were getting a great deal - only 130 euros for five days! But then getting insurance brought the total cost up to over 350 euros. That's quite a difference! So if your American car insurance offers international coverage (ours doesn't), I'd advise taking that. Or else it would be good if the insurance prices were at least quoted for you before you finalized the booking.

Cons: All confirmed by RentalCars, there was no available car when I got to the place.
