Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to scenic walks and the canal, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews noted that the rooms and some facilities felt dated or tired, and cleanliness was sometimes lacking, particularly in bathrooms and public areas. Some guests felt the value for price was not justified due to the condition of the rooms and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, positive experiences with service and the overall atmosphere were frequently mentioned.
