Pros: Simple check in and check out. House was very nice, clean, and quiet out of the way location. Short drive to Sooke for activities, grocery, etc. nice place to relax in the evening after fishing or hiking. Good internet speed with all devices going. Basic cable. Nice place.

Cons: Owners could provide a little more into in what is expected from the guests. How to handle trash and recycle. Info sheet on the house was stuck in a cabinet and was not found until the last day. I thought unit came with laundry but intimidating note on the washer indicating not for guests. Stopped by owners house twice but no answer. They did respond promptly to emails which was good. Generally worked out everything by email. Overall this was not a big deal, we got along fine.
