Pros (+) The bed was very comfy.
Cons (-) The hotel is rundown and could use updating. The ac unit on the outside was falling apart. There was no blow dryer in the room. It would be more useful if the path to/from beach went directly to the foot wash area.

Pros (+) The hotel is right on the beach, not a block away, not a street away, go out the back door and be on the beach. All rooms face the sides so all rooms have a partial ocean partial city view, all rooms have a balcony. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price for this hotel was great, similar hotels are double and anything cheaper/similar price is not on the beach or not...
Cons (-) The pool is small and always crowded. The hotel is a little dated but not bad. The walk from the back door to the beach is long and there is no boardwalk, so the hot soft sand can be difficult when carrying chairs/umbrellas/coolers. If they built a boardwalk or just put down a mat to the beach id give this place 4.5 stars!

Pros (+) reasonable price, location is good, no luxurious hotel but if you looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this is the place, friendly staff, and clean place.
