Cons (-) Night staff was confusing and defensive when we asked to change rooms as we checked in because there were people smoking on our floor (it was a nonsmoking hotel). Then we were given the room on the lobby floor, promised you couldn't hear any noise, then listened to the night staff argue with other travelers until 4am about the smoke.
