Pros (+) Breakfast was ok, not much that I could eat. Bed was ok. Office staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) Could have had the shampoo and soap dispensers full and not completely empty. Needed to have elevator with 2 older people it was hard for them to walk up and down the steps.

Pros (+) The room was updated with new flooring, a new, comfortable bed and flat screen tv with Direct TV. They had a pool and fitness room, and a hot breakfast with bacon and eggs was included. For the money we paid, this hotel was a great value.
Cons (-) There were only a few cons, and all things considered, we would certainly return. Most notably, the hotel was somewhat removed from downtown Saint Augustine, which was the reason for our trip. There was no mini fridge in the room. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was noticeable when we could not cool food and drinks we bought other than in the ice bucket. Lastly, we had some ants on the ...
