Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and, in some cases, the comfort of the beds and room views. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or inexperienced staff and poor communication. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, particularly in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast frequently received negative feedback for limited options, poor quality, and chaotic service. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and overall comfort.
